The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for educating our users on Mosyle’s positioning, as well as providing marketing support and sales enablement/training to help achieve our product growth goals. Here at Mosyle, we use our product as the #1 lead magnet. Each new feature that is brought to life drives a unique experience for our customers and shapes whether or not they’re going to recommend us.
We are looking for a creative, analytical product marketer to join our fast-growing team at the Orlando office. This person will passionately communicate the Mosyle mission to all our stakeholders, is eager to understand our customer’s wants and needs and always has the competitive landscape in their radar.
Understand the scope of Mosyle in depth as well as how to execute the product marketing strategies needed to reach different customer segments. You will become an expert on Mosyle’s solutions and how we position them externally as well as internally to our customers and partners.
Be an advocate for our existing and prospective users, be informed about our competitive landscape, and become the go-to expert for Mosyle’s MDM solutions to develop product positioning and messaging for our existing customer segments and verticals.
Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to innovatively define and drive awareness, demand campaigns and event strategies to increase adoption on an ongoing basis.
Produces high-fidelity externally facing content including thought-leadership, webinars, data sheets, solution guides and more for all customer stages informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding.
Develop visionary and compelling customer-facing materials that clearly articulate the value of our products. Deliver marketing content for all funnel stages.
Love working with Apple technology: Apple devices have been gaining market share in enterprise and educational environments as schools and companies increasingly deploy iPad, iPhone and Mac devices as their official platforms. With so many mobile devices in the workplace and classrooms, IT needs a way to manage policy, inventory, and security, and you will be responsible for explaining technical concepts in ways that everyone can understand.
Are a team player: working with essentially every team member across Mosyle’s Marketing team, you will work to create and deliver impactful content that is clear, concise, and easy to understand to help customer-facing teams and partners effectively communicate what sets Mosyle apart from competitors.
Love telling a story: with your excellent verbal and written communication skills, you are empathic and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage our audience to differentiate Mosyle. Developing product-specific marketing content, you will serve as an expert to build awareness and generate demand for the product.
Are data-oriented: comparing the behavior, data and metrics from different cohorts over time, you will be able to find the highest-performing (or lowest-performing) cohorts, and what factors are driving this performance. With a passion to help users, you will be able to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view on how to position Mosyle’s products in today’s market.

3+ years of experience with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution (Required)
Knowledge of the Apple ecosystem and Apple’s Deployment Programs and Services (Required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and confidently collaborate with product stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
Bonus: experience with sales enablement and product marketing
