We work together as an Education team to lead strategic initiatives and to cultivate business development opportunities for K - 20 institutions. The MDM Specialist - Education will create strong customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor through demonstrations, deployments, best practice conversations, professional development, events, workshops and other related activities.
Work side-by-side with Mosyle’s teams to promote successful deployments;
Contribute to the multiple knowledgebases such as help center, website libraries, article, videos etc.
Record, track and document communications and all actions taken with customers;
Work with support and development as needed to investigate, test, and resolve education technical issues;
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization;
Communicate and support feature updates and escalate issues to the appropriate channel when needed;
Promote the Mosyle products through presentations, workshops, events, professional development and other opportunities;
Work with Apple teams to ensure mutual customers are successful in deploying and managing Apple devices.
